DETAILS

Deadstock with the original tags, we've calculated for inflation that this piece was over $4000 when new. Lurex was a relatively new fiber and was very tricky to work with into a knit, so to knit a full coat like this would have needed the most skillful of manufacturers. With crystal buttons down the front this could be worn as an evening dress for a daring woman or more likely as a great layering piece for a luxe boho wardrobe. In near mint condition with the tiniest of snags just from 40 years of sitting around. Very clean and again in new old stock condition.
