VINTAGE CLOTHING DISCLAIMER
Vintage clothing is in second-hand condition. This means that there are minor signs of wear and tear. When purchasing a used vintage apparel item it's normal to expect some natural wear of the item, due to the age of the garment and it's previous use. We strive to provide you vintage in the best condition possible. We encourage you to refer to the VINTAGE CONDITION CHART before purchasing your order. SHIPPING RETURNS EXCHANGES
- We ship both DOMESTICALLY and INTERNATIONALLY
- Most orders are shipped within 1-4 business days (excluding holidays and weekends)
- DOMESTIC shipping within U.S. is FREE via USPS Ground Service
- Please contact us if you want to upgrade your order for EXPRESS shipping, put a request for a signature confirmation, insurance and any other optional postal services. We will be happy to assist you!
- Please note that for OVERNIGHT Domestic shipping the order must be placed before 12 pm.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: we ship all packages via FedEx Postal Service. Please refer to the postage calculator for the rates.
Please note that International shipping delivery times will vary due to various custom rules, laws and regulations. All INTERNATIONAL customers are responsible for the custom rates within their country. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We are happy to provide hassle-free returns for you of the items that are eligible for returns.
Please be aware some of the items are not eligible for returns.
We will be able to better assist you if you thoroughly follow the guidance on how to return the items. Please read it carefully and follow the steps:
1. Look at the list below and make sure your item IS ELIGIBLE for return.
2. All items that marked as “sale” are not eligible for returns.
Jewelry, purses + accessories are not eligible for return.
Antique items, 1930s + older are not eligible for return.
Seasonal Items (such as prom, holiday, wedding) are not eligible for return.
3. NOTIFY US within 24 hours from the time it was delivered to you that you are returning the item and SHIP IT TO BACK US within 48 hours.
4. All items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all the tags.
If any of tags is missing or ripped we have a right to refuse a refund.
5. Shipping, custom fees, duties and taxes are NON REFUNDABLE.
For shipping: 1) - you are responsible for return shipping 2)- the cost of the actual delivery shipping is included in the price, in case of return - we are refunding money, but we keep the cost of the actual shipping. The receipt of actual delivery cost will be provided to you via email. Morphew refuses any requests to redirect shipping.
Return packages should be sent by a trackable method - tracking is highly recommended as lost packages are your responsibility. That tracking number should be sent to us as soon as you have it so we know the item is on the way back and that you have met your obligations of our return policy. A refund will not be given if you mail it by a method that has no tracking and the package never arrives and it will be your responsibility to try to recoup your loss. Items still in your possession after 2 business days from delivery are no longer eligible for return under any circumstances.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For custom fees, duties, taxes (when applicable): Customs fees, duties & taxes incurred in either direction of the transaction are not refundable and we will deduct any customs fees from your refund/credit that is incurred to us to be able to sign for your returned item. Documentation will be provided by email for this deduction as a scan of the receipt upon request.
6. Let us know if you would like the option of store credit or item exchange instead of refund also within 24 hours from the time you received the package.
